Better Solution

Anyone working at a computer all day is probably aware of the dangers of injuries caused by bad posture or certain repeated motions. Researchers have shown that using your mouse with your left hand can cut the risk. They got right handed volunteers to switch hands for a month and found that the movement required by the shoulder and wrist was reduced - because most keyboards have a numeric keypad that sticks out to the right and means the mouse must be further away. Left-hand use was still slightly slower than right-hand use, so a better solution might simple be a keyboard without a numeric pad.
